To find your size, check the label of a Kalimah item of clothing that fits you well. If you no longer have one, check our 'sizes chart' on the product page, which converts your body measurements into Kalimah clothing sizes.

When you've placed and paid for your order, it's prepared for transport almost immediately. As soon as the status of your order is 'completed', you can no longer change your order. If you wish you can return the entire order or any items that you don't want using the return procedure.

International orders will be delivered within 4 - 7 working days. Our packages are shipped with ARAMEX and a signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to take the delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how to collect your package. Once we receive your returned items, all goods will be inspected. Articles must be returned undamaged and the original labels must be attached. Any item in unsuitable condition will be rejected. We will refund the returned goods within 14 days to the account you paid with. Returning costs are on your expense. Since we are not responsible for any items that are sent to us in error, we recommend using a postal service that insures the value of the returned products or provides a tracking number.
All products sent from the online store are carefully checked so as to prevent this from happening. In the event in which your order has a flaw or defect, please contact our Customer Service Department. We will pick up the defective product at the address and within the time slot that best suits you, and we will refund the amount you paid for the product as well as any shipping costs you may have incurred
From the moment you've returned your order to a courier, it can take up to a week before we receive your order at our Distribution Centre.
The amount will be reimbursed to your bank or credit card account within 2-3 weeks of your package being picked up by courier.
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange any articles. The purchase amount of all the returned items will be reimbursed as soon as our Distribution Centre has received them. If you wish to exchange any articles, please place a new order.
